UGH!! SooooвЂ¦ the workouts are getting better. It hit me pretty hard during the second video that was for abs. NO REGRETS!!Дay 6 вЂ“ OH THE CHEESE!!! I should not have had so much cheese before todayвЂ™s workout. Dinner was a grilled chicken super burrito, and a piece of chocolate.Дay 5 вЂ“ I should have worked out, but it was MotherвЂ™s Day.

I did have a mouth full of whipped cream straight from the can. That will be fine for now.Дiet: Oatmeal with raisins for first breakfast, Second breakfast was an egg sandwich with cheddar, and two pieces of black forest ham. I did the first video, and the ABS video. I have half a mind to just stop for the rest of the week and try again next weekвЂ¦but I wonвЂ™t. I donвЂ™t feel too bad because I was still doing my mini workout in the morning. So I missed the other videos on the first two days. The bummer part was i realized you are supposed to do two different videos on day 1, three different videos on day twoвЂ¦ FOUR on day threeвЂ¦. YAY! I am getting better at form, but slower, and I took a few longer breaks than the 5 to 10 seconds. Dinner tonight will be stir fried veggies and noodles.Дay 3 вЂ“ I donвЂ™t even want o talk about it. I forgot to have lunch! I went thrifting and got some super cute things. Not yetвЂ¦Дiet: This morning first breakfast was 1 pouch of plain oatmeal and added raisins, Second breakfast was an egg sandwich with cheddar, two eggs, two pieces of black forest ham. I canвЂ™t say I feel comfortable to take a full body picture. Kinda glad about that because I didnвЂ™t have to learn anything new and could just concentrate on not dying.

The video is under Day 2, but it was the same video as day one. I did though, and mumbled enough curse words to make Satan himself blush.

I was tight and sore from yesterdayвЂ™s workout, so it was extra hard to press play on the video. Can you see the confusion and quite a bit of annoyance? I rarely if ever post pictures of myself, but I didnвЂ™t think words would be enough to convey just how horrible day 2 was. Tomorrow is a new day.Дay 2 вЂ“ Surprise!! I just did another workout. I ate a lot today, and as I type this I still have the taste of a SeeвЂ™s Truffle on my lips.

I still ended up getting a really good workout.Дiet: I am going to be honest. My knees started to hurt a bit, but then I just did the modified version and it was good. I also like that there is a variety of different movements, so if you really hate something you most likely wonвЂ™t have to do it for too long. This gave me the opportunity to concentrate more on form than numbers.

Thankfully you are not asked to do a specific number of exercises, just do as many as you can in a set amount of time. Oddly though, as hard as it was, the lower impact options for each exercise made it all very doable. It was awful! I finished ten minutes ago and I am still dripping sweat. I donвЂ™t know why I thought that, but okay.ДЎ3 Minute total workout time вЂ“ 3 sets / 7 exercises per set / 5-10 second breaks / 15 seconds off in-between setsДay 1 вЂ“ I just finished my first workout and it was about what I had expected. I thought to myself, this sounds like a great idea. Day one she looked like she was about to die. I saw this YouTube video of a young lady trying вЂњChloe Ting 2019 2 Week Shred Challenge.вЂќ She claimed she wasnвЂ™t in great or even good shape, but was open to giving the challenge a try. I hate coconut, but maybe itвЂ™s because I didnвЂ™t have the Coconut Press 3000. Yes kind sales person, I need a coconut press. As many of you know, I am a very impressionable women.
